We accept returns from the United States only. You have 30 days after delivery to send the item back by mail. Return shipping is free: Design Convergence pays the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns from outside the United States.

Shipping

We handle orders in 1–3 business days before the carrier picks them up. The shipping price at checkout is the amount you pay.

United States

Standard transit is 5–10 business days. The rate depends on your state and the weight of the order. Express transit (1–3 business days) is available at checkout.

International

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. You pay the shipping rate shown there, and you pay any duties, taxes, or customs charges. After handling, transit is typically 7–14 business days to Canada and 10–21 business days to other international destinations.
